summer goals {update}

We have been working hard on our summer goals and last night during Family Home Evening, we reviewed with the kids just how well they have been doing!  It is so rewarding to see them care about and get excited for reaching those goals by the end of the summer.  Each time they work on them, they are so proud!  Last night we talked about developing our talents and Mike read the parable in Matthew 25 about talents.  We talked about how God gives us certain talents and gifts, wants us to develop them or get better at them, and then share them with others to strengthen those around us.  Then we played our musical instruments, sang and danced around.  It got really loud!  But it was really fun, too!
