Father's Day {2015}

I'm a week late on this but better than never!  Last weekend we were lucky enough to have both Mike's dad and mine with us!  Mike's parents have been in Russia for the last 9 months but have come back due to medical issues.  They are hoping finish their mission as soon as everything gets figured out and his mom gets cleared by her doctor.  BUT in the mean time, we get them here with us for a little bit!
I didn't get any picture of us with our dads...how sad is that?!  But we had a great day, just relaxing, eating, and playing with the kids.  On Sunday, woke up, had french toast for breakfast (Mike's favorite), gave him his gifts, and we went to church where the primary kids sang to their dads.  It was so cute.  Drew and Susanna did a great job, although she did not want to get up in front of everyone at first ;) For the rest of the day, we just relaxed and hung out together at home.  Sometimes that is just the absolute best!

I am so grateful for my dad.  He has taught me so much, has loved and supported me (and now us) in everything we do.  He is an amazing example to me.  He is compassionate, generous, super funny, and thoughtful.  I don't know what I'd do without him!

I am also grateful for my father-in-law.  He is patient, understanding, thoughtful and kind.  He loves everyone, never meets a stranger, and he is awesome at finding good deals!

And lastly, I am so grateful, eternally grateful, for my husband.  He is selfless, kind, funny, spontaneous, helpful, supportive, and cute ;) and he is such a great dad.  I knew he would be, from the moment I met him!  And I'm the luckiest that he is ours!
