We held a little birthday party for her at our house last Friday, just she and her little 4-year-old friends while all the older siblings were still at school. That is the way to do it, let me tell you! She wanted an art-y party so that's what we did! We painted and glittered baby pumpkins, ate hotdogs, veggies, chips and grapes, and then after they played for a while, they decorated their own cupcakes, we sand happy birthday and then she opened gifts. After that, they played some more! It was a really fun day...at one point, she exclaimed "isn't this just incredible?!" That pretty much made my heart explode! I really wanted her to love it and feel how much she is loved by all of us!
It turned out so cute and the kids were great little artists and decorators! The sprinkles made more of a mess than the glitter...but that was the point...I just wanted her to have fun with her sweet friends. Makes my heart the happiest!
