So I made this dessert for Thanksgiving this passed year. It was really good! You have to soften the ice cream (mint chocolate...yum) and then once it is all put together, you stick it in the freezer to harden. It got really hard though, I'm not sure if I just left it in there too long or what! However, it tasted really good! My maw maw, who makes awesome desserts, complimented me on it! Yes!
