I finished Mockingjay last night...I wasn't thrilled with the ending. I feel like the whole series was so intense and depressing toward the end and it just didn't end happy enough for me. I'm having so closure issues I guess! I won't say anything else, for those who haven't read it yet. To anyone else who finished, what did you think? Am I the only one who feels this way?!

No, you aren't the only one who felt that way! I DID TOO!!! I liked the way things ended for Katniss, I just need A LOT more details on HOW she ended up there.
I haven't read this series yet. Now that all the books are out I will probably read them. I have a hard time waiting between books. LOL
I loved it. I felt like her ending was realistic and I like who she ends up with. I'm trying not to give anything away, but if you want to come to our book club to talk about it, your welcome to. Email me.
I just started the last book! I've heard the same thing about the ending from other people...I don't want to be disappointed!!!!
I'm with Stacy on this one, the ending was very realistic so I was able to appreciate it. Some things just change your life so much that you can't simply "live happily ever after"! But you're right. I really wanted to be happy and excited at the end. There were a ton of depressing parts that I could have lived without.
