is it possible?

This is not a rhetorical question...is it possible that Drew is saying "mama"? He has been saying "mamamamamama" a lot lately when he is tired, or hungry- and usually he is looking at me when he says it b/c I am the one who rocks or feeds him. Is he associating those things with me? Mike has been saying for a few weeks that he thinks Drew is saying "mama" and my mother-in-law thinks so too. I'm just not sure he would be saying it this early (he will be 7 months next week). Is he too young? When did your kids first start "talking"?

If you have all of those witnesses, it's true. Babies can most definitely start talking around that time. My kids all focused on talking before they mastered motor skills. Afton was near the end of her 7th month when she started a couple of words. No one believed us when we told them though! How sweet that he said Mama first!!
