but...we are in the process of making this ours! I'm really excited about it! The paperwork is in so inspectors are getting scheduled to do their thing and if all checks out, we will be moving very soon! We've been in the market for months and have found many homes we love (this was the 3rd house we put an offer on) but when we found this one for an amazing deal, in a great neighborhood, with much growing room and a HUGE back yard for the kiddos, we could not pass it up. I just can't wait until it is official. I've heard horror stories about how aggrivating buying a house can be. So far there have been no hiccups with this one so I'm praying that it stays that way! *sigh* so close ;)
