Hey!
I need a good vegetable beef soup recipe! Anyone have a good one? I'm cooking some meals this week to freeze and since the weather will HOPEFULLY be getting cooler in the next 2 months (I know, this may be wishful thinking), I really want to freeze soup. There are a ton of recipes online but I really want one that I know will be yummy. Email me if you can help! Thanks!

I make a beef-veggie soup that's really easy... just use beef stew meat brown it on the edges a little with a little bit of onions if you like onions.. on med/high heat for like 5 min, then add a can of beef broth, and whatever canned veggies you like with the juice and cover and cook on low/med heat and let it cook for like 30-45 min till everything is nice and soft.. and if you want to add noodles to it you can do that too you can add more water if you want it soupier or less of the juices if you like it more like stew... :)
