This is what I have been waiting for; a day like today! It was cold this morning when we left for the day and it was cool and sunny this afternoon so we decided to take Drew to the park! He LOVED it, of course, but he tripped over his feet about 4 times and has really scrapped up knees. He never missed a beat though, he just kept on running around, stressing me out! He loved swinging and climbing up to the slide. He is getting to be such a big boy, doing a lot of it on his own. We aren't quite ready to let him though, even though he is very brave...
Its a good thing we let him have some fun because after supper, we cut his hair. Our first attempt at it ourselves. We recently got a set of clippers for this very purpose. It came out waaaay shorter than I wanted it and he HATED the entire process. It was quite traumatic for all of us. After his bath, he still wasn't too happy but he did kiss us both nite-nite so I guess he still loves us despite the torture.
It is really light, this picture just makes it look dark. I need to get around his ears better (when he is asleep) but I still think he is a preciously, cute boy! I love this little guy more than my heart can take! He is the sweetest boy...M&Ms helped him get over the whole ordeal!!
