Sneak peak at the baby preparations! We have decided to stay in this house a bit longer so our kiddos will share a room. She will be in our room for a while at first, of course. Drew is getting used to his big boy bed so I figured, what the heck, why not get her stuff together?! I love it so far and I can't help but picture her sleeping in it already! I'm imagining her with lots of dark hair bc that's how mine was, and Drew had a lot too...it will be interesting to see. If the heartburn myth is true, she should have a head full!
Drew is doing well sleeping in his new bed. I stopped laying with him and if I just close the door, he gets in bed and falls asleep after only fussing for a few minutes. My mom came in yesterday and we went shopping for blackout curtains. Tonight we bumped bed time down 1 hour and it was successful! I guess I'll wait and see if that means he will wake up earlier in the morning!
He is our greatest joy these days. He is beginning to speak more clearly. His go-to phrase is "I gone get dat baaw" which translates to "I'm gonna get that ball". Last night, Mike went in to check on him and we was hanging off of his bed a little so Mike adjusted him. He sat up with his eyes closed, still asleep and said "I gone get dat baaw" and then plopped down on his pillow!! He is just so cute and silly, and obviously dreams about his ball!

That is absolutely adorable!! I LOOOOVE the bedding, and I can't stop laughing at Drew's sleep talking!! hahahaha! Eva has "talked" in her sleep before, but obviously nothing understandable. What a cute boy you have. That means you're going to have a knock out baby girl!!
Oh, baby girl's bedding looks so cute!!! I love it! And I can't get over Drew's first sentence! How funny is that?! And to know he even dreams about balls! Lol... He's adorable. :)
