Super cute movie!!! Sweet, funny, and a little tear-jerk-ish but really good!!!More importantly, The Hunger Games cast (some of them) has been announced. I'm not totally ok with the actors but here goes...
Jennifer Lawrence as Katniss Everdeen.She was nominated for an Oscar this year, that was the first time I had heard of her but I think she can pull it off, they just have to make her an awesome archer, a brunette, and a little more rough-looking.
Liam Hemsworth as Gale Hawthorne. I personally think he would make a good Peeta if he put on a little weight. Plus, he is hotter than the actor they chose for Peeta and that just can't happen, even though in the book, Gale was my favorite and is probably better-looking. The only thing I've seen Liam in is The Last Song and you know I felt about that one. He is actually pretty good but it was ruined by that girl who can't act :)
Josh Hutcherson as Peeta Mellark. Not at ALL how I imagined Peeta! Isn't he supposed to be blonde?! and bigger and maybe a little chubby?! I don't get this pick.Nevertheless, I'm excited about the movie. I hope they do the books justice! Can't wait!

Life As We Know It was all of what you said...ditto! It's such a good movie; one to own, even. Thumbs up. As far as the other one, I'm not a big reader; I'm practically illeterate compared to the general population. But I do know how you feel when it comes to actors not portraying your image of perfect from the book...Twilight series...?!??!
haha! I totally agree! i thought the movie was coming out this year- but no- next March!! Bluh! So- Gale in my mind was much cuter than Peeta. I just hope these people can act otherwise I'll be disappointed....just like twilight. Too bad ur not HERE so we can have a girls night out and watch it!
