Well, the last 2 mornings, I have NOT woken up at 5:00 am to do my yoga workout. I have eaten good breakfasts but when that alarm clock goes off, I've been hitting the snooze. Granted, I did not get as much sleep the last 2 nights either. So hopefully tonight I can get to bed by 9:30 so I will feel refreshed enough to wake up super early tomorrow. If not, I just need to try to get 30 minutes in while Drew is napping in the afternoons. Should have known that wouldn' t last...

Don't be too hard on yourself. I am in the same boat that you are. It is SO hard to get up early and workout. I just gave up. Kaia and I workout together when I get the boys on the bus for preschool. LOL There is nothing like working out while tripping over my 4 year old that insists on doing it with me. LOL
I commend you for your efforts. I'm trying to figure out how to get a morning walk in before work (starting Thursday) and feeding my newborn soon too. Wow, I'm exhausted just thinking about it, lol!
