pizza dough recipe

Matt and Autumn came over for dinner tonight and we made pizza. Because of all my health stuff, I wanted to make my own dough with whole wheat and as little sugar as possible. I was really nervous because I don't have the best track record with making bread/dough but I found this EASY recipe online using my bread maker. It turned out awesome! And really, it was soooo easy. AND look how little honey it takes! Perfect!

pizza dough recipe

1 cup water
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tbsp honey
2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups wheat flour
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp vital wheat gluten
2 tsp yeast

Put in all in your bread make in this order. Set your bread maker to the dough cycle and when it is finished rising, roll it out and top it with whatever your want! We put pepperonis, spinach, green and black olives, mushrooms and cheese. Very good!

(I hope I don't sound like I'm bragging, I'm just thrilled it actually was as good as it was because, like I said, I really can't bake bread (I even bought the Pillsbury pre-made dough as back up)!)
