Mike surprised me with my Valentine's Day gift early! I have been wanting one of these for a while and Sunday we went over to Jenn & Markus' for the Saints game and I was oogling over hers. Monday he ran to the store to get a few things and came home with one! I was so excited! I have already used it to make butter cream icing & chocolate cake (I was practicing for a cake I want to make for Sunday), and mashed potatoes to go with dinner tonight. It works like a charm and I keep looking up new recipes online so that I have some excuse to use it! If anyone has anything special they use theirs for, let me know! I'm so lucky to have such a wonderful husband who does thoughtful things for me like this. Thanks, babe!
(Although, he does keep asking me when I am going to make rolls so I'm wondering who he really got this for :)

Adi!! I got one for Christmas!! I LOVE IT! I have made bread and rolls. But I still haven't mastered that yet. I do chocolate chip cookies with mine ALL the time. Mashed potaoes are so easy with it too. I know the 'best' roll recipe is in the 'Lion House' cook book. I don't have it but my mom does. I will get you the recipe if you want!!

I mostly use mine for bread dough. I gave mom everything she needs to learn that super easy make anything in one hour dough. She even has the video so check it out!
