Don't let the fact that I haven't been blogging fool you. We are still alive out here in ole' Gonzales! Truth is, I've been avoiding all of you. I check everyone's updates regularly, comment often, but I have been feeling like if I were to add new posts, I'd just be too tempted to let you all know that...
WE'RE HAVING A BABY!
YYYYAAAAYYYYY, you don't know how good it feels to finally tell everyone! I've been going crazy! The last month has been torture for me! The beginning was nice, Mike and I had this sweet, wonderful secret that no one else knew, but as time went on we have been wanting to share our news with EVERYONE we love!
We told our parents on Easter but have been keeping it a hush-hush since then.
Now that I am 9 weeks, and the doctor says everything is going great, we feel more comfortable about sharing our news! (I don't think I could have held it in much longer anyway!) Today we heard the most wonderful heartbeat! The baby even wiggled a little for us! It was absolutely amazing!
Needless to say, I've been really tired. No morning sickness though so that's awesome! Mike has been wonderful to me!
Our baby is due on December 3, 2009! Just in time for Christmas, although this seems like FOREVER away! Counting down though and we are sooo very thankful for this sweet, wonderful blessing!
(I'll try to upload the ultrasound photo tomorrow...its late and I didn't get my nap in today! Its been a long one!)

CONGRATS! I'm ssooo happy for ya'll! I kept checking your blog wondering when you'd update but I guess you had a good excuse! A Christmas baby will be fun! Hearing "December" seems so far away but before you know it, that little baby will be here!! CONGRATS AGAIN!!
