Here comes school! Honestly, where in the heck has the summer gone? School starts in less than 2 weeks...these poor kids don't even get a 3 month break anymore...which means, neither do their parents and neither do I! Here is a run down of what my next few weeks will consist of...
1. Volleyball camp Monday and Tuesday.
2. Meeting with the school board Tuesday.
3. Setting up my classroom (with my mom!) on Wednesday.
4. Volleyball practice Thrusday.
5. New Teacher Orientation Friday.
6. Wedding on Saturday (Mike will be at my brother's bachelor party/fishing charter).
7. Meeting with the school board Monday.
8. Freshman Orientation Tuesday.
9. Teacher Prep on Wednesday and Thrusday.
10. First day of school on Friday (August 8).
11. Off to Billy and Jess's Wedding Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
12. School on Monday.
What did I get myself into? I guess this is what it is like to be an adult and having a real job...am I sure I want to grow up? :) Seriously, I am really stressed but really excited! Everything is just falling right into place for Mike and I...all is well and we should never have cause to complain. My life has revolved around school and the "school year" as long as I have lived, basically, so it is a extremely comforting that it still will...I don't know, maybe that sounds strange...Nevertheless, here it comes so I just guess I have to dive right on in! Poor Mike! Wish us luck and please, please, please...pray for my sanity! Go Gators!

I didn't know you were going into teaching?? Is this your first year?? What school will you be at? Very cool. At least you get a summer break, that's awesome, even if it isn't for 3 months anymore
